Overview: My group created a campaign for Ronald McDonald House Charities® of the Bluegrass targeting donors who donated last year but have not donated this year. Through our research we found that RMHC® had an opportunity to be more personal with its donors (i.e. sending thank you notes and consistent communication) and show the impact donors have on the Families.

Goal: With our campaign, we encourage people to donate monthly, join our community and become a Friend of our Families. Not only will donors be making a difference in the small things in the RMHC® Families’ lives but they will also be able to follow along as the RMHC® Families reach different milestones. 

Approach: To do this, we decided to structure the campaign around the role of a family friend. This campaign shows donors how they can be a “Friend to the Families”. Family Friends are often very influential people in everyone’s life and are there to help with everything.
