Overview:

My group was challenged to create a brand campaign for SEPHORA focused on the BIPOC community while promoting SEPHORA’s commitment to diversity, inclusion and equity.

 Group members included Emme Schumacher, Maigan Williams and Olivia Ford

 

Goal:   

To convince consumers that Sephora supports your unique self-expression, especially in the BIPOC community. 

Approach:

We targeted Expressive Individualists in the BIPOC community. We define this audience as creative, artistic and express themselves through outlets such as fashion, beauty, makeup, music, art, etc. We choose to target this audience in order to challenge racial bias in retail and break the narrow-minded definition of beauty that many people have.
